General servicing and maintenance of buildings will be carried out by Hakuba Resort Management professional full time maintenance manager and team as well as professional contractors in Hakuba. Hakuba Resort Management has close relationships with all these businesses in Hakuba and neighboring towns. All our staff are well versed to ensure that comprehensive inspections are performed and to make sure your building is well maintained at all times. 

Room cleaning, laundering and supply, snow clearing and guest services will incorporate both internal staff and external contractors Negotiation on your behalf for services such as utilities, renovations and landscaping can all be arranged.


Banking, Finance and Accounting

Introductions and assistance with Japanese accounting, tax, insurance and legal services in Nagano. The establishment of a local Japanese bank account to pay utilities, taxes as well as any costs incurred on your property will be arranged. Real-time and online access to a bilingual reservations and property management system to monitor bookings, income and owner expenses 24/7. Hakuba Resort Management also acts as your property’s fixed asset tax representative, and also arranges a local accountant to submit your tax returns and prepare all required documentation in English for your overseas tax returns.
